Our Journey.
We founded ThermoEQ from a love of horses and an obvious need to prevent transportation-related injuries. We solved this problem by introducing a new way for equestrians to manage fire safety. After spending years researching the best products and technology to act in the event of an emergency, we found a device that uses a non-invasive, seamless approach to protecting lives and assets. Our solution never requires interference to activate and needs minimal service once installed. ThermoEQ was created to be an effective solution that is there when you need it. Our mission is to make fire suppression an industry standard, and we finally found the technology to make it a reality.
The Technology.
THIA by PROTENG® is an environmentally friendly, non-toxic, non-corrosive, automatic heat suppression and detection device. THIA is a patented, self-dispersing fire suppression system comprised of FM-200™, a clean agent suppressant used to protect even the most irreplaceable pieces such as the Declaration of Independence and the Eiffel Tower. THIA is entirely self-contained and is heat-activated. It minimizes damage by extinguishing a fire in its initial stage. THIA is tested in some of the most rigorous industries, notably aerospace and Le Man's prototype racing. THIA is proudly made in the USA using globally sourced components.
